If you are unhappy with the quality, fit, or color of your purchase, please let us know. You can return items for a refund. Items must be returned within 90 days from purchase date.


  • We accept returns for up to 90 days. Items returned within the first 60 days will receive a refund to your payment card.
  • Returns after 60 days will be issued as a store credit or gift card.
  • Please include all original packaging, tags and boxes with your return.
  • New Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, including all original packaging and all tags for a refund.
  • Payment will be reversed within 72 hours of when we receive the merchandise. This time is used to inspect and re-merchandise the product.
  • If we shipped you an item in error, let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it for you. You can contact our customer service team to get this resolved.
  • Please Note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.


  • As of right now, we are unable to process exchanges on-line. While this is inconvenient, we are working on this process.
  • In order to perform an exchange in our current system, you will be directed to return the original item, and place a new order.
  • When we receive the original order back, we will issue a refund to your payment method.
  • For more information you can still contact our customer service department if you need help placing your new order.

Returning orders that included promotional product

  • Some orders may qualify for a promotion where an additional product is included at no additional cost.
  • If you return the qualify product without returning the gift product, you will be charged the full price of the missing gift product.
  • The full price of the gift products is displayed in the cart when you choose your gift product.
  • In order to qualify for a full refund, both the gift product and qualifying product must be in brand new, unused condition.

Returns by Mail

  • You don't need customer support authorization to mail-in a return.
  • The faster we can find your original order, the faster we can process your return. To help with finding your order, please include your original packing slip with the reason for return written on the back.
  • If you choose to return an item by mail, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or delivery confirmation.
  • can not be held responsible for items lost in transit without proof of mailing or tracking number.
  • Packages must be post-marked within 1 year from date of order in order to qualify under our return policy.
