To return your item for a refund, the item must be in “sellable condition”. This means that the item should be unworn, unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, animal fur/hair, dirt, or peculiar smells (including but not limited to: cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant) and needs to be in its original packaging (box or bag) with the manufacturer tags still attached including any accessories and/or free gifts. 


If you are returning shoes, please DO NOT treat the shoe box as a shipping box. The box it was shipped in will be perfect. If you use the shoe box as the shipping box, we will be unable to accept the return and won’t be able to issue a full refund. 


Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn or damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return. 


Final sale items that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to: gift cards, food items, load-bearing climbing and safety equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, cams, helmets, belay and ascenders, quickdraws, avalanche transceivers, and float bags), and next-to-skin items (sleeping bags, undergarments, base layers, beanies, socks).


Items must be returned with proof of purchase (your original receipt with your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items returned within the first 30 days will receive a refund to the original method of payment. Items returned between 30 and 60 days will be refunded as store credit.


Payment will be reversed within 72 hours of when the package is received at our warehouse. This time is used to inspect and re-merchandise the product.


As the customer, you are responsible for all shipping charges, though we can provide a return shipping label if the return is because of an error on our part. To ask that we do so, please contact us at or 1-800-538-3604.


As of right now, we are unable to process exchanges online. If you would still like to try for an exchange for a different size or color (noting the exceptions of the final sale items), please contact our Customer Service department at or 1-800-538-3604. 


You don't need Customer Service authorization to mail-in a return. No RA# required. Just go ahead and include your original packing slip with the reason for return written on it and return your package to:
