Base plates (fit BIA Standard mounting holes). Zinc TUFFPLATE finish®. 2-Speed models allow for both high and low speed cranking from one side and quick attach handle. Cable clamp standard on 2-speed heavy duty models. Models 400 through 2500 have holes in the reel for installation of web strap.
