Swix VR60 silver fluorinated hard kick wax is designed for wet snow with little water content. When used below freezing, high humidity is required.
- Ideal for new fallen snow from +2°C to 0°C (36°F to 32°F) and for old, fine-grained snow from +1°C to -2°C (32°F to 27°F)
- Fresh snow is characterized by sharp crystals with relatively strong penetration capacity
- Older snow is characterized by crystals that are rounded off and have less penetration power
